At Daysensor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Custom or specially manufactured products are not eligible for exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Reasons for Exchange
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product does not match the specifications described on our website.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team via email or the contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original.
- Replacement items will be shipped using standard shipping at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
- Daysensor reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
